§ 1 Scope

These Terms apply to the use of the Kabutschi learning platform, operated by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC, Alexandria / Giza, Arab Republic of Egypt (the "Provider"). By registering an account you accept these Terms.

§ 2 Description of service

Kabutschi is a web-based learning platform for children at German schools (grades 1–7). The service includes interactive exercises, test preparation and a parent dashboard for progress tracking.

§ 3 Registration and account

• Registration is done by parents/legal guardians.
• You are obliged to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• Multiple child profiles can be created per parent account.
• An account is not transferable.

§ 4 Subscription and prices

• New accounts receive learning access only after confirmed payment. The selected monthly or annual plan starts with the first confirmed payment.
• The price is 550 EGP / month per child. With several children in the account the amount adds up accordingly (e.g. 3 children = 1,650 EGP / month). What counts is the number of child profiles present in the family account at the start of each paid period.
• Alternatively: 5,000 EGP / year per child (equivalent to about 417 EGP / month and a saving of 1,600 EGP or about 24% compared with twelve monthly payments). This price also applies per child.
• All subscription prices are displayed and charged as fixed amounts in Egyptian pounds (EGP). No automatic currency conversion is applied.
• Payment by credit card via the payment provider Kashier. Access is activated automatically after payment confirmation.
• All prices include applicable VAT.

§ 5 Term, renewal & cancellation

• Before payment, you choose between a one-time payment and automatic renewal. A one-time payment covers only the selected monthly or annual period, does not save a card for later charges, and does not renew automatically.
• Auto-renew starts only after your separate, express consent. The selected monthly or annual plan then renews automatically at the end of every paid period. Kashier charges the saved card with the plan price multiplied by the number of child profiles present in the family account at the time of charging.
• One-time payments are not later changed to automatic renewal. Access paid for this way ends when the paid period expires unless you make another payment.
• For auto-renew, the parent portal shows the current expected amount, next charge date, and the saved card in masked form. If the number of child profiles changes before charging, the amount changes accordingly.
• You can cancel automatic renewal in the parent portal at any time for the end of the current paid period and resume it before that period ends. After cancellation there is no further automatic charge, and access remains active until the displayed period end.
• If an automatic charge fails, Kabutschi may make a limited number of payment retries. The parent portal shows the failure and lets you retry or use a new card. Access may remain temporarily active during a payment window of up to seven days.
• You can request early deletion of your data at any time by email to support@kabutschi.de.
• After the account expires, data is retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. After a confirmed request for full account deletion, attributable account and learning data is removed without undue delay; technical processing by integrated providers may take a short time.

§ 6 Withdrawal and refund

You may request a full refund of the first payment until 14 calendar days after the account's first registration in the parent portal. If auto-renew was enabled, the request stops it. After the request, the one-time trial access remains active until the end of that 14-day period and then ends automatically. This paid trial is granted only once per account. After review, the payment is returned to the original payment method within no more than seven days. Any further statutory rights remain unaffected. Help: support@kabutschi.de.

§ 7 Feedback credit and referral program

• A parent account receives a one-time 100 EGP promotional credit after fully submitting the voluntary day-7 survey. The credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is granted. It depends only on complete submission, not on the content or whether the feedback is positive or negative.
• For a valid referral, the newly registered parent account receives a one-time 100 EGP promotional credit, valid for 60 days from the date it is granted.
• The referring parent account receives 275 EGP promotional credit after the referred family completes its first successfully confirmed, paid subscription order. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is granted. A maximum of six such rewards is granted to each referring parent account per calendar year.
• Self-referrals, duplicate rewards for the same family, and artificially or abusively generated referrals are excluded.
• Promotional credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and can be applied only to a future Kabutschi subscription order. It can reduce the amount due for an order to no less than 0 EGP. Existing credit is preserved during the first auto-renew setup because Kashier requires a real initial card payment to save the card. The credit is applied automatically to the next renewal. Unused credit expires at the end of its applicable validity period.

§ 8 Usage obligations

• The platform may be used only for private, non-commercial learning purposes.
• Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• Automated access (scraping, bots) is not permitted.

§ 9 Limitation of liability

The Provider is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence as well as for breach of essential contractual obligations. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 10 Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be announced by email with 30 days' notice. If you do not object within this period, the changes are deemed accepted.

§ 11 Applicable law & jurisdiction

The law of the Arab Republic of Egypt applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Alexandria, Egypt.
