§ 1 Scope

These Terms apply to the use of the Kabutschi learning platform, operated by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC, Alexandria / Giza, Arab Republic of Egypt (the "Provider"). By registering an account you accept these Terms.

§ 2 Description of service

Kabutschi is a web-based learning platform for children at German schools (grades 1–7). The service includes interactive exercises, test preparation and a parent dashboard for progress tracking.

§ 3 Registration and account

• Registration is done by parents/legal guardians.
• You are obliged to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• Multiple child profiles can be created per parent account.
• An account is not transferable.

§ 4 Subscription and prices

• New accounts receive a free 15-day trial with full access. The trial applies once and only to the first child profile; additional children are chargeable from the moment they are created.
• The price is €10 / month per child. With several children in the account the amount adds up accordingly (e.g. 3 children = €30 / month). What counts is the number of child profiles that exist at the time of payment.
• Alternatively: €90 / year per child (equivalent to €7.50 / month, −25%) — likewise per child.
• The equivalent in Egyptian pounds (EGP) is based on the official EUR/EGP exchange rate on the respective payment day.
• Payment by credit card via the payment provider Kashier (billed in EGP at the daily rate). Access is activated automatically after payment confirmation.
• All prices include applicable VAT.

§ 5 Term, renewal & cancellation

• There is no automatic renewal. Access ends automatically when the paid period (month or year) expires — no cancellation is required.
• To keep using Kabutschi, you renew yourself by paying again. No amount is ever charged automatically.
• You can request early deletion of your data at any time by email to support@kabutschi.de.
• After the account expires or is deleted, data is kept for 90 days and then deleted.

§ 6 Trial & refund

The 15-day free trial lets you fully evaluate the service before any payment. Payment is due only after the trial and only if the subscription is actively continued. Amounts already paid for a billing period not yet used are refunded pro rata on request. Requests to: support@kabutschi.de.

§ 7 Usage obligations

• The platform may be used only for private, non-commercial learning purposes.
• Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• Automated access (scraping, bots) is not permitted.

§ 8 Limitation of liability

The Provider is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence as well as for breach of essential contractual obligations. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 9 Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be announced by email with 30 days' notice. If you do not object within this period, the changes are deemed accepted.

§ 10 Applicable law & jurisdiction

The law of the Arab Republic of Egypt applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Alexandria, Egypt.
